We are seeking a seasoned Associate Data Quality Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting testing efforts for data warehousing and migration projects with a strong focus on Snowflake.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical skills combined with leadership qualities to guide junior engineers, ensure best practices, and deliver high-quality data solutions.

  • Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for data validation and quality assurance.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation between source and target systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and support testing efforts for ETL processes, Data Warehousing, and Data Migrations with a strong focus on Snowflake.
  2. Design data quality frameworks for Athena's Snowflake environment.
  3. Validate data completeness, transformations, and client onboarding workflows.
  4. Perform row-level and aggregated data validations across client datasets.
  5. Support data governance, auditing, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in ETL/DWH testing, with at least 2+ years working on Snowflake.
  • Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Data Migrations, and ETL workflows.
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries for data validation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).
  • Strong knowledge of data quality, data governance, and reconciliation testing.
