As a highly skilled Web Developer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing a portfolio of WordPress/WooCommerce websites across our group of companies. This fully remote/home-based role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and collaboration.

About the Role

  • We are seeking an expert-level Web Developer with extensive experience in WordPress customization, WooCommerce management, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Responsibilities include building new websites, customizing existing ones, developing advanced features, and leading CRO efforts to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Development: Build new websites and customize existing ones using WordPress + Elementor templates.
  • Feature Development: Develop and manage custom plugins and advanced WooCommerce features.
  • CRO Strategy: Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across all sites.
  • A/B Testing: Design and run A/B split tests, analyzing results and implementing improvements.

Requirements

  • Expert Skills: Expert-level skills in WordPress customization (themes, plugins, hooks, filters).
  • WooCommerce Expertise: Strong knowledge of WooCommerce management, optimization, and scaling.
  • CRO Knowledge: Hands-on experience in CRO strategy, A/B testing, and analytics tracking.
  • Tech Skills: Skilled in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and PHP for WordPress.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of increasing conversion rates.

Desirable Skills

  • Advanced Reporting: Experience with BigQuery and Looker Studio for advanced reporting.
  • SEO Expertise: SEO and page-speed optimization expertise.
  • International E-commerce: Previous experience with international e-commerce platforms.
