Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Test Development Engineer to join our team on a project focused on migrating automated test equipment test programs.

The primary responsibility will be to migrate existing test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform. This is a position with potential for travel and requires strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate full test programs from source platforms to the target NI STS platform.
  • Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new NI STS environment using C# as the primary programming language.
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.
  • Perform statistical data analysis to ensure proper test program correlation.
  • Collaborate remotely with team members and maintain communication regarding project progress.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test, or equivalent field.
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# is essential.
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging.
  • Familiarity with test instrumentation and the ability to work with various hardware platforms.
