Product Quality Specialist

At SquareX, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented technical product tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including creating test cases and scenarios to ensure the quality and functionality of our technical products.
- Perform manual testing on websites and browser extensions to identify defects and verify fixes, utilizing tools such as Puppeteer and Selenium where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues, providing detailed and accurate bug reports.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of testing results.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in testing technical products, specifically web applications.
- Strong knowledge of various browsers, including Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
- Experience with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
