Job Summary:
Flydocs is seeking a skilled Aviation Technical Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining technical records, including job cards, work orders, tech logs, non-routine cards, EASA Form 1, and ARC documents.
The candidate will work closely with the Technical Services team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical records and will assist with tasks such as data entry, reporting, and other day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of technical records to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Services team, assisting with tasks such as data entry, reporting, and other day-to-day activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role in the aviation industry.
Strong background in aviation maintenance documentation.
Knowledge of flydocs or other third-party records management platforms.
Knowledge of M&E software such as AMOS, STREAM, MXI, TRAX, or ULTRAMAIN.
Knowledge of OEM platforms and experience working on both wide and narrow-body aircraft, preferably Airbus and Boeing models.
