Senior Quality Test Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Quality Test Engineer. This individual will be responsible for driving process improvements, researching and implementing innovative tools to enhance testing capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate overall quality.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Quality Test Engineering experience, including expertise in developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright, and proficiency in test strategy, automation frameworks, and version control.

This senior-level position requires strong knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Copado CI/CD pipelines, APIs, Salesforce data models, and SOQL, as well as ISTQB, Copado Robotic Testing, or Salesforce certifications.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent analytical skills, a test-to-break mindset, and the ability to develop and execute complex automated and performance testing.

In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, research skills, and innovative approaches to process improvement.

  • Drive process improvements that enable efficient delivery and maintenance with consistent direction.
  • Research available tools and lead or participate in initiatives to identify and implement those that will cost-effectively enhance testing capabilities and product quality.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve overall quality and implement initiatives improving testing capability and efficiency.
  • Configure, maintain, and administer testing tools or environments.
  • Develop and execute automated and performance testing for assigned projects to successfully and consistently deliver high-quality software products and services on time and to specification.
