Job Description:
As a MERN Stack Developer at AIMDek Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will work on designing, developing, and deploying web applications that meet the highest standards of scalability, security, and performance. Your expertise in backend and frontend technologies, cloud services, and deployment practices will be crucial in driving our projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient Node.js backend services, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL integrations.
- Craft responsive and engaging user interfaces using React.js, adhering to modern web design principles.
- Work closely with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other NoSQL/SQL databases to ensure seamless data management.
- Develop and manage microservices using gRPC and similar communication protocols to enhance application scalability.
- Utilize cloud services like AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and S3 to build scalable and secure solutions.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Foster a culture of quality by ensuring high-quality, optimized code through rigorous testing practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan sprints, drive technical strategies, and facilitate effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and GraphQL.
- Experience in microservice architecture
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment practices.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS Lambda, EC2, and API Gateway.
- Strong understanding of web design, UI/UX principles, and responsive development.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and agile tools like JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage production releases.
- Good to have knowledge of AI/ML technologies and experience working with models
- Good to have mobile technologies like React native, Android and iOS
