At the heart of every successful investment lies meticulous reporting and analysis. This role plays a vital part in executing high-quality reporting to investors, shareholders, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating operational reports for our SFR portfolios, which are delivered externally to institutional investors. Each portfolio may contain 100's-1,000's of homes and includes property counts, status updates, rental lease amounts, lifecycle management, and tenant retention.

This position requires a deep understanding of Amherst's fundamentals to develop insightful analysis, identify data discrepancies, and maintain inventory of investor reports. The successful individual will possess excellent analytical skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint, and prior experience in Tableau and SQL is preferred.

We offer a flexible hybrid working model with a US Shift arrangement. As a Portfolio Investment Analyst, you will assist Senior Portfolio Managers in maintaining and improving complex portfolio investment and fund-level models, build and maintain financial models, and provide guidance on complex deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in investment analysis or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in Tableau and SQL is preferred
