Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering complex building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with experience in managing teams and leading projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement structural design solutions for a wide range of building types
  • Lead a team of engineers in designing and developing building structures
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in all projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in structural engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
