About the RoleWe seek an exceptional leader who can spearhead a multidisciplinary team in creating road safety initiatives. The role involves leading ground-level audits, developing reports, and overseeing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Guide and mentor a team of Associates and Senior Associates.
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and community leaders.
- Design monitoring mechanisms to track program progress and impact.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Urban Planning, Engineering, Transportation Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in program management, preferably in the non-profit sector or a related field.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills for effective collaboration with government stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Highly motivated and driven individual, passionate about improving road safety.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a diverse team.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and adaptability in changing situations.
