This role is ideal for professionals who excel in a remote work environment and thrive on maintaining clear communication with our credentialing team and clients.
The Provider Credentialing Expert will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of provider credentialing and enrollment, including filing Letters of Interest and completing enrollment applications for all states. The specialist will engage with payers via calls and emails to ensure the successful processing of both individual and group applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage provider credentialing and enrollment processes, ensuring timely completion of tasks within set deadlines.
- Engage with payers to ensure successful processing of applications.
- Demonstrate expertise in submitting required documentation for various insurance providers.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on application status.
- Handle end-to-end processes for creating and maintaining provider details on various portals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using credentialing portals and managing associated documentation.
