The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading our data science initiatives, working closely with senior management and key stakeholders to identify and prioritize actionable insights. You will visualize data and analytical insights for easy consumption, using reports, dashboards, and scorecards to drive informed decision-making across the business domains.

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will possess extensive knowledge and technical know-how on data visualization and data engineering technologies/processes to build robust and reliable data visualizations and analytics solutions. You will stay up-to-date on leading data science and visualization practices, trends, design, learning, and development cycles.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in data analysis and machine learning, with a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in the field. You should have experience working on AI/ML projects and similar use cases for Automotive and/or FMCG, B2C organizations in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing domains. You should also have proficiency in analytical software/language skills (Python, R, SQL, SAS) and experience with AI-centric libraries like Tensorflow, Keras, and Pytorch.

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of analytics professionals, solving different use cases to provide value for different business units within the Customer Support organization. You will work closely with the business to ensure business requirements are accurately captured, agreed, accepted, and implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data science initiatives and work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to identify and prioritize actionable insights.
  • Visualize data and analytical insights for easy consumption using reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
  • Build robust and reliable data visualizations and analytics solutions using data visualization and data engineering technologies/processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on leading data science and visualization practices, trends, design, learning, and development cycles.
  • Manage a team of analytics professionals and work closely with the business to ensure business requirements are accurately captured, agreed, accepted, and implemented.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in data analysis and machine learning.
  • Experience working on AI/ML projects and similar use cases for Automotive and/or FMCG, B2C organizations in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing domains.
  • Proficiency in analytical software/language skills (Python, R, SQL, SAS).
  • Experience with AI-centric libraries like Tensorflow, Keras, and Pytorch.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
