Senior Associate/VP

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Fundraising and Investor Relations team as a Senior Associate/Vice President.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fund-raising, managing clients like FIIs/DIIs/UHNI/Family Offices or Institutional Equity Research.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Be an integral part of the Fund-raising and Investor Relations team to support any investor-related tasks for the firm
  • Project management of any fund-raising projects including management of investor database, meeting schedules and notes, investor follow-up tasks, weekly internal updates
  • Investor presentation materials including preparation and update of presentation materials
  • Attending investor calls and meetings as needed
  • Working with the relevant teams on co-investment processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7 to 13 years of experience in Fund-raising managing clients like FIIs/DIIs/UHNI/Family Offices OR Institutional Equity Research
  • Post-graduation education and great financial acumen
  • Knowledge of fund structures and various ratios
  • Excellent communication skills and complete proficiency with MS-Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
