Job Summary

As a Senior Network Architect, you will drive technical projects, manage resources effectively, balance team workloads and design solutions to oversee testing and mentor junior engineers. You will also be responsible for managing resources, troubleshooting/debug issues, writing and reviewing test cases to ensure code quality and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial deployments of new routing products, respective new technology, major feature roll outs.
  • Stage the customer deployment in lab to replicate field scenarios and test the solution prior to field deployment.
  • Design and implement routing systems and networks.
  • Responsible for RFI/RFP.
  • Develop High level customer design HLD and able to prepare LLD (Low Level design).
  • Handle product demonstrations, lab and field Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Prepare test plans for POCs, demos and carry out internal testing of the same.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert on product capabilities and network solutions.
  • Work with the SE team to prepare and enhance solution documents based on lab validation.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, SR, RSTP, MSTP, ERPS, Virtual Chassis etc.).
  • Optimize network performance and ensure high availability.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols and network architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should be well versed in IP routing protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP, SR.
  • Should have understanding and application of MPLS based on LDP, RSVP and BGP.
  • Should be an expert in FRR techniques at various layers (IP FRR, RSVP TE FRR).
  • Should be an expert in L2VPN, VPLS, VPWS and L3VPN service constructs.
  • Should have hands-on working experience in service provider networks or product testing.
  • Should have customer interaction experience.
  • Should be willing to travel domestic and abroad.
  • Professional level Certification for Service Provider is a plus.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
