Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role involves managing and supporting cloud environments, operating systems, directory services, and enterprise infrastructure.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows and Linux operating systems, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
  • Manage logical volume management (LVM) and monitor server health to prevent potential issues.
  • Administer user authorization and access controls to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Deploy, manage, and maintain Linux/Windows instances in AWS/Azure cloud platforms.
  • Handle cloud storage solutions – create/attach EBS volumes, partition drives, restore from snapshots – to optimize data recovery.
  • Configure and manage EC2 firewall settings (security groups, rules, restrictions) to ensure secure network communication.
  • Automate deployments with AMIs and CloudFormation templates to streamline operations and reduce errors.
  • Migrate AWS instances across different VPCs to optimize resource utilization.
  • Set up and maintain AWS services: RDS, Route 53, ELB/ALB – to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Implement and manage IAM roles, users, and access policies to ensure secure access and data protection.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS administration to manage and maintain cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms to deploy, manage, and maintain cloud resources.
  • Familiarity with VMware or other virtualization technologies to optimize resource utilization.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP to administer user authorization and access controls.
