Manufacturing Analytics Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Manufacturing Analytics Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering advanced analytics projects in the domestic market.

  • You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to optimize their operations.
  • Your expertise in data collection and analysis, industrial automation, and IoT will enable you to drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing best practices, such as LEAN/ 6-sigma / CpK / FMEA / PM-PdM. You will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and deliver results-driven projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech/MBA) with 5+ years of experience in consulting or operations, with a proven track record of delivering digital solutions for manufacturing and related functional areas.
  • Experience in projects covering industrial automation data collection and analysis, Industrial IoT / MES KPI dashboards, advanced statistical analysis, and/or ML modeling for maintenance and quality domains.
  • Familiarity with open-source tools such as Python Flask, Angular, Highcharts, and integration with enterprise dashboarding platforms like PowerBI/Qlik.
  • Background in industrial automation, OT, IIoT, MES, and SAP (PP, PM, QM).
