Job Opportunity

As a VisionPlus Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and support of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • More than 10 years of technical experience in VisionPLUS development or support.
  • Expertise in one of the core VisionPlus subsystems - CMS, FAS, VMx.
  • Strong expertise in CICS, JCL, and Cobol programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Control-M, Xpeditor, and CA-Tools software.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end card processing systems.
  • High-level understanding of all VisionPlus subsystems.

  • Strong leadership skills to motivate team members.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues.
