Product Visionary Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Head to lead our product vision and strategy across the platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and own the end-to-end product vision aligned with company goals and market trends in alternative investments.
  • Product Development: Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans.
  • Customer Experience & Innovation: Champion user experience and design thinking across the product lifecycle.
  • Data & Performance: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, track success metrics, and iterate.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Deep understanding of fintech, wealth management, or alternative investments.
    • Proven track record of building scalable B2C or B2B2C financial platforms or marketplaces.
    • Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.
    • Experience working with cross-functional agile teams.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
