Accounting Officer

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate receipting of all payments received. This includes depositing admissions instalments and payments, as well as reviewing key metrics on a regular basis to generate various reports.

Your responsibilities will also include managing PDCs, performing daily cash reconciliation with accounts and bank, and clarifying doubts of students and parents. You will also be required to liaise with our head office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes, and other offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate receipting of payments.
  • Deposit admissions instalments and payments.
  • Review key metrics and generate reports.
  • Manage PDCs.
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation.
  • Liaise with head office for various purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Language proficiency in English.
