Oracle Functional Consultant

Job Description:

As a seasoned expert in Oracle Functional Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to clients. Your expertise in EBS Procurement and Finance modules will enable you to provide strategic guidance and technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional evaluations and detailed analyses to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in design discussions and workshops to address process gaps and provide suggestions for improving existing systems
  • Map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules and develop scalable solutions
  • Responsible for functional solution design, application setups, and testing
  • Prepare design documentation and collaborate with application teams to support business requirements
  • Take part in testing to ensure new systems or solutions work as expected
  • Utilize industry-leading best practices for solution design and development
  • Develop strong communication skills to interact with customers and other IT teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Procurement and Financial modules
  • Good understanding of customization like reports, integration, OAF, and Oracle Mobile applications
  • Experience in at least four to five projects (implementations or roll-outs)
  • Configuration knowledge of Oracle EBS Purchasing Module
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
