Financial Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a pivotal role in the implementation, optimization, and configuration of SAP FICO modules. The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that financial processes are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

This role requires a deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes, as well as proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP FICO Configuration: Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaboration with Business Users: Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze financial and controlling requirements.
  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost center accounting.
  • Integration: Integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
  • User Training and Support: Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support for SAP FICO solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and functionalities.
  • Project Participation: Participate in project planning, blueprinting, and go-live activities.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO processes and configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Understanding of Financial Accounting: Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
  • SAP FICO Experience: Proven experience in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SAP FICO Certification: SAP FICO certification is a plus.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
