Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Staff Engineer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions using the Matrixx Digital Commerce Platform (DCP).

Your primary objective will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deep visibility into the platform's health and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cutting-edge solutions utilizing the Matrixx Digital Commerce Platform (DCP)
  • Work closely with diverse teams to guarantee thorough insight into the platform's status and performance
  • Develop high-quality technical documentation and present to senior leadership
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong background in online charging systems, preferably with 4-5 years of experience in a solution architect position focused on Matrixx online charging system
  • Expert knowledge of online and offline charging principles
  • Proven hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions using the Matrixx Digital Commerce Platform (DCP)
  • Strong work experience in Matrixx Product offer configurations, including balances, meters, normalizers, filters, price configurations, decision tables, Normalizer Chaining, parameterized price components for dynamic charge configuration requirements, side loader changes, and parameterized offers
  • Experience in extending Matrixx Data containers and event files as per requirements
  • Deep understanding of Telecom Networking protocols (DIAMETER, SS7, MAP, INAP, CAP, SNMP, etc.)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 13 years of experience in online charging systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to create high-quality technical documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
