Study Abroad Application Coordinator Role Overview:

This role plays a vital part in ensuring students have a seamless experience during their admission journey. Key tasks include managing the entire application process from start to finish, verifying and reviewing application documents for accuracy and completeness, and providing guidance on application requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage student applications for study abroad programs across various destinations, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to deadlines.
  • Review and verify application documents to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and compliance with university and visa regulations.
  • Assist students in completing university application forms, preparing supporting documents, and tracking application status.
  • Communicate with students regarding pending or additional documents required to complete applications within stipulated timeframes.
  • Coordinate with universities and institutions to ensure smooth handovers of student cases and maintain accurate records of applications, offers, deposits, and other admission milestones.
  • Provide regular updates to students and counselors on application progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to guarantee seamless student case handovers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and document requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving mindset.

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student application management.
