Job Description:

We're seeking an exceptional 3D Generalist to bring our animated stories to life – from concept art to final cinematic sequences. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with our director and concept artist to deliver smooth, polished character animations and engaging storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create lifelike 3D characters with natural movement and emotional depth.
  • Design, build, and optimize 3D assets, props, and environments for short-format cinematic scenes.
  • Rig and skin characters for fluid animation.
  • Apply materials, textures, and lighting to maintain consistent visual quality.
  • Execute camera composition, framing, and shot design for impactful storytelling.
  • Work within Unreal Engine for real-time rendering and cinematic output.
  • Translate 2D storyboards into final 3D sequences with our concept artist.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a 3D Generalist, Animator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Zbrush for sculpting detailed characters and props, with strong skills in Blender or Maya for modeling, rigging, and animation.
  • Hands-on expertise with Unreal Engine (sequencer, real-time rendering).
  • Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and cinematic shot design.
  • Familiarity with textures, shading, and materials workflows.
  • Strong Portfolio showcasing smooth 3D character animation, well-crafted props, and cinematic work.
