
Customer Success Representative

At Sarvajith Infotech, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with our key customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Field Marketing: Plan and execute field marketing activities to promote our products and services.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we remain competitive.
- Social Media: Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns to engage with customers and promote our brand.
- Lead Management: Diarise and share lead input with our CREs to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Customer Queries: Handle customer queries and resolve them quickly and efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Reporting: Report daily/weekly on the status of field marketing activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Education: Any graduate with a focus on marketing or civil engineering.
- Language: Fluency in English and Tamil (Mandatory) with knowledge of Hindi carrying weightage.
