Transform the Future of Information Storage

Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence. We're seeking a skilled NVMQRA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation SSD memory devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage new product qualification, defining qualification plans and facilitating qualification processes.
  • Provide technical expertise to internal and external customers, collaborating on custom test methods and communicating with customers as needed.
  • Develop product quality and reliability testing methodologies, coordinating with research and development teams to comprehend new processes and technologies.
  • Support deviant material disposition, assessing risk and defining evaluations to mitigate it.
  • Internal technical support for RMA material, package, and monitor activities, assisting with customer return failure analysis and risk assessment.
  • Provide expertise and consultation support for global quality meetings, onboarding new team members, and training and mentoring talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Science, with 8-10 years of experience in Reliability, Memory Design, or System Engineering.
  • Experience in Memory Design and Characterization, Reliability Testing, and knowledge of Storage interfaces such as SD, eMMC, UFS protocols.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work closely with team members and stakeholders.
