Financial Planning Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning Lead to drive strategic financial planning and analysis across the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate financial models and forecasts.
  • Collaborating with business units to align financial planning with commercial objectives.
  • Analyzing financial results, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Leading long-term financial planning processes.
  • Overseeing reporting processes and ensuring robust internal controls on reporting accuracy;
  • Managing complex financial data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Controller/financial planning & analysis, controlling, or related roles.
  • A qualification such as CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with various stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI knowledge is an asset.
