Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing and deployment processes that ensure the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated testing and deployment processes using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and develop effective testing strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automated testing and deployment processes.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium OR Appium OR Katalon Studio OR WebdriverIO.
  • Knowledge of performance testing and tools such as JMeter, Gatling, PageSpeed.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, Azure Devops, or Travis CI.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Microsoft Certifications preferred.
  • Financial institution experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with vendors.
