We are seeking a Senior Principal Analog Layout Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality layout for complex AMS IP blocks, voltage regulators, bandgap, current sense-amp, amplifier, high-voltage switches, drivers, etc.

About the Role:

In this role, you will focus on producing high-quality layout for complex AMS IP blocks, including voltage regulators, bandgap, current sense-amp, amplifier, high-voltage switches, drivers, etc. You will also lead a team of 4-6 engineers to develop complex block layout or full chip layout, review the work of team members, take ownership of quality, and drive continuous quality improvements. Additionally, you will estimate the schedule, manpower resources, and layout activity planning, responsible for meeting the schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality layout for complex AMS IP blocks, including voltage regulators, bandgap, current sense-amp, amplifier, high-voltage switches, drivers, etc.
  • Lead a team of 4-6 engineers to develop complex block layout or full chip layout
  • Review the work of team members, take ownership of quality, and drive continuous quality improvements
