Accounts Payable Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage our Accounts Payable operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end AP processes, including PO and invoice processing, GRN, vendor management, and compliance with tax regulations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (SAP FI / Oracle Cockpit Financial Accounting) and handle month-end closing, audits, and process improvements.

Key responsibilities include monitoring AP invoicing tools, KPIs, and reconciliations, as well as supporting manufacturing operations, inventory, and cost accounting.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA Finance
  • Experience: Minimum 2–7 years in Accounts Payable
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Reconciliations)
  • Prior experience in US Accounts Shared Services preferred
