About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to support our proposal development team in providing technical and domain expertise for proposals primarily in the areas of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze RFPs/RFQs and break down technical requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Provide insight into client pain points, expectations, and solution differentiators to inform proposal development.
• Work closely with proposal writers to develop technical sections, approaches, and win themes that showcase our capabilities.
• Translate delivery/operational knowledge into clear, structured inputs for the proposal team to ensure technical accuracy.
• Participate in SME interviews/workshops to brainstorm solutions and approaches that meet client needs.
• Contribute to building a knowledge/content library of reusable technical material, case studies, and solution narratives to enhance our competitive edge.
• Provide quality review of draft proposals to ensure alignment with client requirements and deliverables.]

Requirements:

• 10+ years of domain expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience working with RFPs, RFQs, or client proposals (preferred)
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and map them to practical solutions that drive results
• Strong communication skills – able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
• Familiarity with U.S. government / SLED / commercial IT procurement processes is a plus (training can be provided if not)
