Job Title:

The Chief Operations Director will oversee the daily management of our organization, ensuring all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered. This role requires continuous improvement in operational processes, risk mitigation, and health and safety oversight.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational expenses within set limits without impacting business operations
- Optimize resource allocation across office spaces for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage office maintenance, health and safety, fleet management, front office, dispatch, hospitality, food and beverage, seat allocation, events, printing, stationery, liaison, compliance, environmental health and safety, audit, and compliance
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of administrative services
- Supervise trade contractors to ensure services align with contractual obligations
- Manage administration contracts and obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Direct and supervise all facilities activities, review reports, address reported difficulties, and correct safety violations or deficiencies

Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and facilities operational expenses
- Strong vendor management skills
- Ability to evaluate vendor performance and ensure timely payment
- Experience in managing service contracts, consumables, and equipment
- Coordination with procurement teams for purchase orders and vendor management
