Lead Risk Manager

As a Senior Lead Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating operational risk exposures within our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the effective functioning of our control framework, supporting business growth, and meeting our objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor customer-facing interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of Business Conduct policies and programs.
- Validate and document review activities for risk programs and controls.
- Proactively identify and address issues and control deficiencies through thorough testing and analysis.
- Strong initiative and decision-making skills.
- A creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
