Manufacturing Director Job Description

The Manufacturing Director will oversee the production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built Hybrid Integrated Circuits for Space and Defense customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate export sales directly, meeting sales targets aligned with company goals.
  • Develop short-term and medium-term plans to achieve operational excellence in manufacturing.
  • Implement methods to address potential quality issues, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure personnel, material, and equipment safety while supporting new product development and production processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, possess problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in production processes.
  • Competent in managing senior engineers, technicians, and utility personnel with previous managerial experience in production, product development, and quality departments.
