Senior Web Scraping Specialist

Key positions in our organization are available for experienced Python developers with strong expertise in web scraping and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to design, develop, and optimize data extraction solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain efficient Python scripts for web scraping from structured and unstructured sources, ensuring high-quality and organized data for downstream applications.
- Implement advanced OCR solutions to extract text/data from scanned images, PDFs, and other documents, optimizing workflows for performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate scraped/OCR data into applications or databases, utilizing strong proficiency in Python, web scraping frameworks, and OCR tools.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Python programming, including experience with popular libraries and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with web scraping frameworks such as BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, and Selenium.
- Knowledge of OCR tools/libraries like Tesseract, OpenCV, PyMuPDF, and others.
- Good understanding of APIs, data cleaning, and storage mechanisms, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
