Job Title: Cloud Data Architect

We are seeking a skilled Snowflake Engineer to design, implement, and maintain data warehousing solutions that drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Modeling & Design: Develop advanced Snowflake SQL queries, stored procedures, and UDFs for large-scale analytics, architect efficient data models and schema structures to optimize performance.
  • ETL/ELT Pipelines: Build, monitor, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines leveraging Snowflake's native features (Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks).
  • Query Performance Tuning: Conduct deep query performance tuning to handle billions of rows with speed and accuracy.
  • Security & Governance: Implement and manage role-based security, data masking, and governance within Snowflake.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to translate requirements into high-performing data solutions.
  • Integration: Integrate Snowflake with other cloud platforms (AWS S3, Kafka, Redis, etc.) and BI tools.
  • Best Practices: Own and maintain best practices for cost optimization, clustering, and partitioning within Snowflake.
  • Documentation: Document architecture, queries, and processes for scalability and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship and guidance on Snowflake best practices.
