Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administration professional to join our Surat office team. As a mid-level, full-time position, this role requires a minimum of 4-6 years of work experience in office administration or similar roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the office environment efficiently, coordinating administrative duties, and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

  • Overseeing office layout to ensure a conducive work environment for employees">
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, conferences, and company events">
  • Maintaining company records, including employee files and administrative documents">
  • Assisting in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations and required documentation">
  • Implementing and monitoring office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency">
  • Supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks as needed">
