As a seasoned technology expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge DevOps platforms. To achieve this, you will combine your expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, security, and identity management with strong leadership skills to ensure high availability, zero downtime operations, and enterprise-grade security compliance for critical applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and integrate SCM tools such as Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible, standardizing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to support multiple applications and teams.
  • Build and maintain a highly available platform ensuring 24/7 uptime and no downtime during core business hours.
  • Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks.
  • Develop a disaster recovery strategy with a 1-hour RTO and automate backup and restoration processes ensuring 100% data recovery.
  • Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and pipelines, enforce data encryption standards, and ensure compliance with corporate and industry security standards.
  • Integrate Okta SSO and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication, manage secure authentication and authorization for developers, admins, and service accounts.
  • Collaborate with Dev, Infra, and Security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to DevOps and platform engineers.

Required qualifications include at least 10 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering, proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior DevOps Engineer handling large-scale platforms, strong expertise with CI/CD tools, hands-on experience with cloud platforms for HA, DR, and backup solutions, deep knowledge of IAM protocols, strong understanding of RBAC, data encryption, and compliance frameworks, excellent problem-solving, architecture design, and stakeholder management skills.
