Job Overview

The role involves leading a team and overseeing architectural projects at all stages to ensure desired results.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish a positive work culture within the office.
  • Identify new business opportunities to support revenue objectives.
  • Manage key accounts and develop a sustained track record of securing new clients and opportunities.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor team members to achieve their professional goals.
  • Take oversight and responsibility for architectural projects to ensure quality management standards are met.
  • Coordinate workflow between offices on joint projects.
  • Contribute to the business through consistent profits on sustainable fee turnover.
  • Report monthly accounts through practice management systems.
  • Enhance company visibility and reputation by publishing articles or speaking at events.
  • (Where appropriate) discharge duties as a local entity director.
  • Attend Management and Board Meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (Master's or international academic exposure highly desirable).
  • 15-22 years of experience in architecture with leadership roles.
  • Strong portfolio of large-scale commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, logistics, or mixed-use projects.
  • Data Center project experience will be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a studio/business unit (P&L responsibility, team leadership, resourcing).
  • Excellent client relationship, business development, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience working with international design firms is valuable.
