Lead - Strategy and Policy Lead: Shape the Future of Telecom and Digital Industries

Overview

This is a high-impact role that requires creativity, analytical rigor, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. As a Lead – Strategy and Policy, you will play a critical role at the intersection of regulation, business strategy, and policy advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate policy positions across telecom, broadcasting, financial services, entertainment, and digital ecosystems.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze competition, market, and regulatory trends & provide strategic updates to support policy advocacy.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, regulatory submissions, and communication strategies to influence key stakeholders.
  • Standardize reporting mechanisms to track regulatory engagements and advocacy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within Regulatory team and other cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Network, Ops, etc.) to ensure alignment of business goals with evolving regulatory priorities.
  • Support the Chief Regulatory Officer in prioritization, resource planning, and coordination of high-impact projects across multiple business lines.
