Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference given to candidates with a background in textile or fashion design.
  • Proven experience in home decor, home textiles, or handicrafts; ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong skills in product development, sourcing, and merchandising; excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
