About this role:

We are seeking a talented Performance Tester to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using LoadRunner.

Key responsibilities include monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting performance issues using AppDynamics and other APM tools, conducting end-to-end performance testing, collaborating with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, generating detailed performance reports, and providing recommendations for improvements.

This role requires a strong understanding of performance testing principles and best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience working with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and AppDynamics.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
