Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Data Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Big Data architecture in cloud environments.

About the Role

This is a full-time role offering flexibility for remote work. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data management principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Big Data architecture in cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate data management principles and best practices.
  • Migrate hybrid cloud environment and on-premises applications and databases.
  • Ensure data governance and applicative implementation standards on the data lake store.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Azure cloud technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in Azure for at least 3–4 years, overall professional experience less than 10 years, proficient in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and their integration with cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in Azure for at least 3–4 years.
  • Proficient in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Data quality and Governance frameworks and tools knowledge.
  • Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, and Shell scripting.
  • CI/CD integration tools like Jenkins, Argo CD, and GitHub Actions expertise.
  • Azure certification (AZ-104 / AZ-305 / AZ-204) and DevOps experience beneficial.
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
