Identity and Access Management Expert

As a seasoned professional, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Your primary objective will be to design, implement, and maintain IAM systems that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IAM-related issues and concerns
  • Design and implement IAM infrastructure, including authentication, authorization, and auditing mechanisms
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the security and integrity of IAM systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on IAM-related matters
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Now, Saviynt, and OIM
  • Strong understanding of IAM policies and procedures, including access control, identity management, and compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Perl, and Ruby
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
