Seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to craft exceptional custom software solutions.

About the Role:

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex, distributed software systems.
  • Apply and advocate for SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code architecture.
  • Embrace Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Pair Programming, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and mentor less experienced team members.
  • Problem solve and innovate technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in backend software development, with a focus on building custom, enterprise-grade applications.
  • Deep expertise in the Java ecosystem, including Spring Framework.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, API design, and distributed system patterns.
  • Experience with various database technologies and cloud platforms.
  • DevOps mindset and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Commitment to quality assurance, including automated testing and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients.
