Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of tasks or services provided. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of technical and professional principles, as well as in-depth knowledge of team objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and refresh of existing customer data.
  • Set up and maintain settlement instructions in various internal applications.
  • Interact daily with global operation teams to ensure timely updates of all settlement instructions.
  • Monitor settlement rates to ensure instructions are being updated correctly.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Knowledge of SSI data and familiarity with external products and services that add value to client and account data management.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end trade flow across multiple products.

Candidates should also have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
