Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage project teams in data collection, collation, and critical interpretation of scientific or technical datasets. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting findings in a format suitable for end-users and supporting the development of successful client outcomes through service excellence.

  • To manage PEAM project teams effectively and efficiently.
  • To support clients in achieving their objectives through high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and allocate work to ensure timely delivery and effective resource utilisation.
  • Collaborate with other sectors and disciplines to ensure design integrity.
  • Monitor team performance and subcontractor issues.
  • Review and quality-assure project outputs to meet client expectations.
  • Develop effective working relationships with Project Directors/Managers and clients.
  • Coach and guide junior team members.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and credibility.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Urban Planning, Design, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Scientific and/or engineering skills relevant to the area of work.
  • Basic knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Substantial progress toward Chartered status or equivalent accreditation.
