Job Title: Assistant Manager - Business Process Assurance
Reports to: Senior Manager, Internal Audit
Location: Mumbai
Job Purpose: To provide assurance on the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes across various business functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement audit plans to identify key risks and control gaps.
- Conduct audits to assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
- Analyze findings and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate results to stakeholders and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional certification in accounting or auditing (e.g., CA, CMA, CISA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
