We are seeking a results-driven professional with a strong background in testing within large-scale, client-facing transformation programs.

The role focuses on strategy, planning, execution, and management of end-to-end platform testing during implementations.

About Us:

Rigorous end-to-end testing of applications, data, and workflows is essential to accelerate implementation timelines, ensure reliable delivery, and provide a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company in client engagements, setting expectations and guiding the testing journey.
  • Manage resource allocation for the testing team.
  • Lead strategic delivery and contribute to the implementation model.
  • Oversee a global team of functional and automation testers.
  • Drive adoption of best practices and testing standards.
  • Develop and deliver internal and client-facing documentation.
  • Plan and execute testing activities, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of portfolio management, trading, compliance, and risk across asset classes.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and deliver programs effectively.
  • Analytical and organizational strength in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic trading platforms and portfolio management theory is an advantage.
