Senior Microbiologist

Job Overview:

This role is responsible for substantiating antimicrobial claims and providing microbiological support to the development of new products across various categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with New Product Development teams to substantiate antimicrobial claims for new projects.
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the efficacy of prototype formulations and finished products.
• Contribute to the improvement of R&D laboratory procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate lab records in compliance with Microbiology Laboratory and Global Quality standards.
• Coordinate with external laboratories to ensure timely delivery of results.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience conducting antimicrobial performance evaluations using global standards like EN, ASTM, and ISO.
• Previous experience working in the FMCG or cleaning and hygiene product manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the global team.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to shifting priorities.
